Playhouse #6  Cottage Constructed by Clear Springs High School Home Maintenance and Improvement Class for Tuscan Lakes The 2008 Parade of Playhouse Fundraiser Raffle raised over $37,000 that will go towards building materials.  Local community volunteers will use the materials to construct a new home that qualfied applicants (living in substandard housing) will purchase AT COST with a Zero (0%) interest rate mortgage.  All monthly payments will be returned into the program to purchase materials to build more homes.
