The First Annual Breakfast

Save the Date Thursday, May 30, 2013

Over the past five years, Bay Area Habitat for Humanity has experienced a period of immense growth. Bay Area Habitat has not only expanded its geographical reach into south Galveston and Brazoria counties, but also the number of families it serves each year. This year, we have engaged over 4,000 volunteers and provided a hand-up to eleven families through new home builds, minor repair projects and financial literacy courses. It is our desire that we continue diligently down this path of growth, so every hard-working family whose children would endure the consequences of living in poverty housing can move into a decent, affordable home in a stabilized community. We attribute our success to the support received from partners and volunteers who give shape to our mission.
The goal of the Dream Builder’s Circle breakfast is to provide a way for our partners to invite their friends, family and cohorts to learn more about the importance and the impact of the work that we have done together. The free, one-hour breakfast will feature testimonials from a Habitat partner family, a video showcasing the work of Habitat for Humanity and finally a non-obligatory opportunity, for guests to pledge a financial investment in Bay Area Habitat for Humanity.
